Holy Monster - 3rd Commandment - Respect the Sabbath

This one has a fun mechanic in the fact that it forces people to rest, king or peasant alike. Included is a statblock of the commandment taking possession of a martial creature.
I tried to keep the CRs of these creatures on the middle tiers of play, because most DnD adventures don't go past level 12, and I already have some high level encounters in the Plagues.
