30 Days: Nov. 5th
🕑 Added 2024-03-06 21:08:57 +0000 UTCSunday morning I wake up rock hard and feeling great. The morning wood was hardly unusual but the other was a welcome surprise. Generally I felt completely discombobulated the one morning of the week when I could sleep normal hours. I’m not sure if my good feelings were the benefits from voluntary temporary abstinence that Nick spoke about or if it was simply because I’d had such a great day off. It wasn’t anything unusual. Sarah and I spent the afternoon catching up with my old buddy Bradley who was on his way through town on his regular long haul then afterward we popped by to visit my sister Leigh and Nick followed by a wonderful evening at home where we cooked up a nice meal of salad, steak and baked potatoes then kicked back to watch a movie. To my surprise she actually suggests an R rated flick, something she usually avoided due to the risk of full frontal nudity. Her brush with porn had left her changed.
It wasn’t so much what we did that made our night amazing it was the exhilarating energy buzzing between us the whole time. Our laughter came easier and was let out louder. With each topic or story we would hang on each other’s every word. And in every way were were attentive to the wants and needs of the other. After the last letter I am make a special point of showering her with compliments about her stunning looks. These she gobbles up eagerly and returns in kind. I don’t know why she found me handsome, not that I was ugly or anything, but to hear her speak one would have thought I was a Hollywood A-lister in hiding. In and around and through everything we did was the zing of denied sexual energy. It was like we were courting all over again. Through it all Sarah never mentions a word of our challenge though once or twice her blue eyes linger on mine with a mischievous twinkle that I’d never seen there before. When we eventually turned in I wanted so badly to bed her but I am able to hold back for the sake of our challenge. Besides, this new ‘zing’ between us was something that I wanted to savor for awhile. But come December 1st, look out! Instead we spoon a little while to just feel each other’s warmth and talk like we hadn’t done in far too long. It was all so lovely.
Turning my head I see her fast asleep beside me, her angelic features so calm and peaceful. Beautiful.
I am debating whether to risk jostling her by rolling over to snuggle when a square of white sitting propped up on our dresser catches my eye. That little sneak! She left me a letter without me even realizing it. This I had to read. I oh so tenderly lay a kiss on the tip of her nose, which makes her scrunch her face adorably, then slip from the covers.
The envelope had my name on it as usual but in brackets beneath it came with the instruction, ‘Read Quietly’. Under my breath I chuckle then, quietly, open the envelope and read my wife’s words.

Dear David,
If this went to plan and I was able to sneak out of bed last night to place this letter then I should be sound asleep in our bed just a step away. I bet you just looked at me, didn’t you? This is all so thrilling, isn’t it?
So I bet you’re wondering how I managed to do anything naughty when we spent the whole day together. Well, I’m assuming we ended up spending the day together. I hope we did. Anyway! I am writing this just before waking you from your nap standing in the very spot you are standing now. So among those “errands” I had to go run was my challenge for the day.
This one was REALLY scary. Even scarier than buying the books (I bought a couple more btw LOL). I went out to a specialty boutique and…I bought myself some lingerie! EEP! I am blushing like crazy just writing that. I bought two sets, one pink and one black. I wasn’t sure which color you would like better so I bought both. They’re both the same. A one piece lacy bustier with push up cups and garter belts along with a pair of matching thong panties. Super sexy!
The whole experience was embarrassing but also kind of exciting. I didn’t just buy them you see. I actually went in and got sized and got my measurements taken (39-26-36 if you’re curious) and then they even let me try one on first to make sure the fit was right! The sales women were all super supportive and nice (and envious for my measurements which made me blush) but oh my goodness, my little heart was beating as I slipped into that sexy lingerie with just a little curtain between me and the outside world. As nervous as I was though I think I actually enjoyed it a little! Can you believe it?
If you want to see them, and I bet you do, they are hanging in the closet all the way to my side. I cannot wait to wear them for you. I really think you’re going to like them. But we’ll have to wait until December, 1st. I don’t want to make your challenge any ‘harder’ than it already is. Get it? Harder? Ha!
I love you my dearest man and I am SO looking forward to spending the day with you.
I’ll see you when I wake up.
Sarah

Did Sarah just make a dirty joke with that ‘harder’ comment? I think she did! For her it was downright tawdry. I gaze again at the angel lying in my bed. Was there a bit of devil hiding under that sweet facade? Wild.
Wasting no time I go to the closet and, careful not to make much noise, I dig to the very back of her side. And there they hang. Two identical sets of lingerie hanging from a couple of skirt hangers with the matching panties hung behind them on their own hangers. As I imagined my wifes soft, curvy, hourglass figure filling these out… Oh my GAWD! Sarah was going to wear these for me!? December 1st could not come soon enough!
