Dumb parents is how the Caylee law was made. Long story short, this lady's daughter went "missing" and she never reported it, which made her look even more guilty on top of everything else she was doing (Caylee was found dead and I think it was in her home, but don't quote me- either way the mom should definitely be in prison whether or not it was her ). Because of her, it's a felony in multiple states if you don't report a missing child. I think the full story is crazier, but atm I can't find the exact video--it's on Stephanie Soo's channel (and as messed up as it is- there are other cases she talks about that's just as fucked up or just confusing). That "mom" was once named , "the most hated woman in America."
