Super sick, you can see all your clips and you just choose which clip you want to cut to at any time and its nondestructive and fast - might be the solution if you're considering editing after the fact instead of the live editing with a deck? You can literally edit real time by choosing your shots with the number keys. Edit time is cut down immensely

Guys, I've used this video switcher before: Roland V-1HD Compact 4 HDMI Input 1080p Video / Audio Switcher / Mixer.. uses HDMI inputs so not sure if it'll work for your application though.

You can also set up a multi-camera sequence in premiere and have your editor live switch back and forth between camera angles with different keys as they watch it. It plays all video clips at the same time and allows you to select which clip is visible at any specific moment
