It's actually not that hard to make your own hand sanitizer, I made some just with aloe gel and alcohol and now have about a gallon of it that I've been using and giving out to my friends

I think he meant being so paranoid to the point that you freak others out without giving any viable solutions. There's a Doctor/YouTuber named Dr. Mike who said, "stay alert, not anxious." Stay safe, don't put others at risk, and be careful but don't go around creating panic if the panic isn't solving anything (i.e being racist towards Asians- people act like white people don't travel and all of a sudden). Washing your hands more often and staying away from large groups isn't paranoia at this time lol, it's what people should be doing. Also, my fiance's food court restaurants shut down this week. So now he has at least 24 boxes of potatoes (the boxes weigh 50 pounds each) and other food that we can't keep or it'll go bad. He's gonna donate most of it to the food bank which is good. The rest of it I'll use to make countless potato recipes since I have more free time!
