HEXROLL 2E - alpha build #10 - rivers direction, hex features and bug fixes

HEXROLL's 10th alpha build is now live with more incremental fixes and improvements. I've worked on aligning rivers in cities and towns, drawing improvements, fixing a few minor but annoying bugs and revising some of the generator content.
I'm currently using HEXROLL 2E in two campaigns - one is my weekly dining table campaign - a campaign started nearly two years ago using 1E; and the other is a remote VTT campaign started a few months ago. Both campaigns help me find usability issues and bugs to fix.
It feels good seeing the generator stabilize, allowing me more time to polish things and add more content: new hex features, dungeon room features, faction types, new tokens, etc. Some are already being generated today and more will be rolled out next week.
It is also very likely that the next build or the one after will be the candidate for the public BETA version \o/
Here's the full change log:
Changes:
- Rivers in cities and towns are better aligned with the general river direction
- Caravan camps were added and can appear as hex features
- Dungeon treasure rumors were added to the rumors pool
- Water and rivers drawing was further improved
- Reworked jungle descriptions
- Realm labels are now positioned better on the map
Bug fixes:
- In some cases, hexes were not drawn in the borders of the screen
- Cities wall preprocessing issued an error message in rare cases
- Coastal towns zoom-in offset was incorrect
There are new Hexroll Backpack versions available for download as well.
That's all for this chilly Dublin night. Until the next time, enjoy the crawl.
