I'm currently exploring ideas and technologies for HEXROLL 3E, and I'd love to get your input to help guide my decisions. This is the first question I'd like your thoughts on before moving forward.

I would love to have it offline to use during in person games. If I am away from home the iternet is not always reliable. Connecting and editing when I get back online would be best for me.
