So interesting thing. That's the SAVAGE version of the fight. Apart from the Binding Coils of Bahamut, each raid had 2 modes. A normal, story, mode. and a Savage mode that was designed to be a challenge. And starting with the Omega raids in Stormblood, every 4th fight in a Savage tier would have a unique form that you could not see in normal fights. That dragon form is the Savage exclusive for this one. And in 4 of the 6 cases, the second form also had a unique theme as well as a checkpoint that would set you back to the start of said phase.
