you'll likely get requests for Emil's and kaine's theme. Emil's is called sacrifice and Kaine's is called Salvation. FF14 actually does a colab with Kaine's theme for a bossfight and when I heard it i died because I was damn near crying lol. each theme also has faster paced versions that are used for boss fights and stuff, but the originals are the best imo
Honestly, I would not be surprised if Yoko Tarou got inspiration from Terminator 2. Funny you mentioned that because Devola and Popula are actually androids....but rather than sent to kill humans they were charged with the preservation of the human race
I actually preferred the remake version, but to each their own
