Noriyuki Iwadare, such a legend. Grandia is one of his best. Not sure if I like it better overall than Lunar 2, or Phenix Wright 3, but it is DAMN good.

I love grandia, it's a very niche JRPG from the PS1 era, it's a tale of adventure and growth and this theme reflects that so well.
