in the game you can get treasure maps and when you find a treasure, after you defeat the mobs guarding the treasure then there is a chance that a portal will open. When you take the portal you can end up in a place like this. There are varying levels depending on the map type and you can get lots of money and crafting items that sell for big money :) and yes that is the song that plays over and over again while you're in there LOL
