This is an alternate version from a song originally from KH2 and it's the main battle theme of a specific enemy type (Nobodies), which are a bit fluid and wiggly usually in their movements so water makes sense. This one in particular "Reaper's Revenge" refers to a specific character commanding them during this encounter
