1. How do I make a request?

5. What am I allowed to request?
Official music from a game is the only thing allowed with the exception of live performances / remixes from developers. Visual novels are also okay.

6. How long is the wait?
The wait is very, very long.. I cannot give a definitive answer. There is a chance your song gets picked when I do random drawing. Thank you for patience and understanding that I'm one person.
7. How does Random draw work?
There are two different random draws: Regular random draw and Platinum random draw.
Regular:
A random request will be chosen using a wheel spin a few times a week.
- Request must be at least 2 months old
- Platinum members not eligible
Refer to #3 for more info on Platinum random drawing
8. How does early access work?
I typically upload videos for early access at least 24 hours before they are unable to watch because Youtube locks videos from being watched once it is scheduled to release. A silly flaw, so be on the lookout!
9. What is "VGM Vibes" and how does it work?
VGM Vibes is my sub-series where I talk about video game songs that I myself have heard before and go in depth with them about 15 entries per episode. There is also a big aspect of community input in these when I make suggestion / poll posts. Free members can make suggestions in these, but will get the least priority. I do my best to be fair to those that have been waiting first.
11. Pairing suggestions
Every video I do features 2 songs, I try not to exceed more than 2 songs, please respect this.
With that said, you can always suggest two songs from the wait list to be paired together if they are relevant to each other, but it is not guaranteed.
There is also a channel in my Discord where people do this called "song-list-corrections"
I will always prioritize wait time when it comes to this specific topic.
An example; Random draw winner for XX game, I will pair it up with the oldest song waiting from same game.
Example 2; Devil May Cry 1 and 4 both feature a song called "Lock & Load." I would pair these two together instead.

Hey, I requested the song "Under My Control" from Kirby's Return to Dream Land a few months ago. That's an unofficial translation -- the official name of the track is "Welcome Your New Overlord". I noticed that the song got requested again but under the official name this time, so I wanted to note this in case of confusion.

Hello Raff. Unfortunately no, my channel is all official stuff, or from the developers themselves, including live performances / official bands etc. On the plus side, if you ever see me streaming "Marbles" on my Twitch channel (twitch.tv/heyunclejesse) I check out covers and random stuff there, I just won't make a video for it. Also has to be a song I've heard prior. But yea, as far as my YT channel, only official.

Hi, I have a question! Is requesting music from fan games allowed? In particular, I'm thinking of a pair of Sonic fan games ("Sonic: Before the Sequel" and "Sonic: After the Sequel") that are not only high-quality, full-fledged games in their own right, but have absolutely KILLER soundtracks that, in my opinion, are among the best VGM I've ever heard. It'd be a shame if Jesse were to miss out on listening to them on the channel, but I'd understand.

Hi, I had two questions and hopefully I'm not asking in the wrong spot! 1) In what order are songs actually listened to? Obviously your list is huge but it looks like a lot of older songs are still in waiting while some newer songs have already been done. 2) Taking the above into account, is it possible to bump up someone else's request if they had the same song in mind? One of the songs I planned on submitting is actually on the list...3 times, by 3 different people already. Does this matter at all or is there some other system in place for song order? Thank you! Edit: Just adding, I mean besides the platinum tier in regards to song prioritization. A lot of songs from even before that feature was added are still not done, if I'm reading the chart correctly.

Quick question regarding the song list: how often is the PayPal section updated? The last date showing is May 10, but I had sent a request for three songs via PayPal on May 30.
