You need a shader that supports POM to actually see 3D blocks (as far as i know, please correct me if i'm wrong). I'd recommend the SEUS Renewed, there is also a Tutorial on YouTube if you've wondering where to find the shadersetting!

SOMEOF THEM DOESNT WORK ANDF IT SAYS ITS MADE FOR OLDER VERSIONS, I PAID AND I DONT EVEN SEE 3D BLOCKS ;(
