Pretty much the past month. I feel so stupid at times for being this way. I find it hard to ask for help. So much judging of the self through other people's eyes. I'm tired of being tired and depressed, the repetition.
I want to feel excited about life and get my shit together. Why is it so hard, has been for years.
I laugh so much but feel no joy ๐
If you have any tips to get myself moving, please feel free to message/email me:

I'm pretty desperate for help
It's been so nice outside and it makes me sad that I cannot fully enjoy it

It is hard not to self judge. Do you have crows near where you live now? Are there the beautiful tulip trees (I think thatโs what they are called). How is Maau? You likely donโt hear it enough, but your art brings me joy ๐
