I think you'd be likely to enjoy Hollow Knight off-stream, maybe recording it to make highlight VODs. I think some things about it might frustrate you if you played it with the pressure of keeping a live stream constantly interesting. (I'm trying to phrase this opinion in as non-spoiler a way as possible, so it's coming out a little vague.)
