Most of the citizens of the world are simply not happy. And in some form or another it has to do with fretting about the past and having little hope for the future.
Art is our safe place if we let it. If we have goals around that and goals that are bigger than ourselves -- Meaning, to some extent, trumps fear.
"No matter what, every day, I'm going to build a little more beauty into my and into this world"
That Meaning gets me up in the morning and gives my life a direction.
Grab your Mindset Journal and Vision Quest about your Goals, your meaning. You want to eventually be able to clearly visualize this new future.
Don't do this once, do it every week. The unconscious brain, as brilliant as it is, isn't very good at separating out imagination from reality.
Visualize a new reality for yourself and the unconscious side of you will help you move towards it.
So, Journal even a few minutes every few days and visualize. Practice your art, absolutely.
But also practice visually that new reality you want to move towards.
