How I Renders in Charcoal

I'm using:
Strathmore 400 Series Bristol paper
AlphaColor black charcoal stick
Conté sticks HB or B
Kneaded eraser and hard white eraser
A paper Stump
My simple 3 step process is :
1. Draw 2 Sides of the Form
2. Draw the Shape of the Shadow on the form
3. Give the Shadow Shape a dark Value
And repeat.
