By far the best I know to learn them is one or two simple lessons (of what I like to call "filters") at a time.
Suggested Homework:
Using the images provided, study the dynamic (at for the history of art, the ground breaking) poses Michelangelo arranges. Other lessons are his wonder sense of architecture and connection.
