One Shot: The Dwarven Bachelor Pt. 1 (w/ Kelly DeWindt)
🕑 Added 2024-02-08 21:57:05 +0000 UTCPlease welcome Special Guest Kelly DeWindt from TabletopTown as Jex! In this One Shot, Jex competes alongside Muriel (Lilly) and Nori (Campbell) on the realms hottest reality TV show: The Dwarven Bachelor. The trio vies for the hand of Princess Petrilla in an episode full of wild magic, alchemical skunks, and sabotage! And the cherry on top? It’s our very first episode DMed by Olivia!
First and foremost, Kelly is a storyteller - whether that's writing YA fiction, DM'ing a long-form campaign, or shaping a brand's narrative. Thanks to a friend's recommendation, she fell sidewise into the world of TTRPG's and promptly decided to never leave. The official voice of Tabletop Town, her style is simultaneously whimsical and sardonic. She loves mysteries, high fantasy, musicals, Retief, and her pup Parker.
“TabletopTown is a mobile platform to play any tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG), anywhere. But what exactly are tabletop roleplaying games? Take Dungeons and Dragons, for example. These are games played by a group of people who each inhabit a character in a fictional world. Think collaborative storytelling that uses dice whenever there is a chance of failure.
Worldwide, there are about 20 million players, with over 40,000 TTRPG games in development on desktop-only platforms (over 350 were released in only the past week).
And there aren’t any current mobile solutions for these players! Enter TabletopTown. The easy to use mobile platform ready to change the way you play. An asynchronous, casual play-style is supported with user-friendly digital tools so you can play on your own terms, on your own time. The free app can be upgraded with a premium subscription alongside an intuitive creator marketplace. TabletopTown has everything you need to play with all the familiarity of mobile apps you know and all the tools of your favorite games.
Play games with the people you love, even when you’re apart.”
