So proud of all y’all’s growth this year and all the new things you’ve been accomplishing to further your goals and ideas. Amazing! Big Kudos. Alexis: I had these pink cat eye eyeglass frames I found, that I LOVED and got them made into prescription eyeglasses. The pressure they are put under to have prescription lenses in them caused them to break! Prescription frames are so limited if you want something out of the box. Totally get it!

On the credits chat journaling: I keep a pocket calendar by my bed, and every night I just write down what I did that day, and I feel better that I accomplished something, even if it's something small. Maybe I'll try to add a gratitude thing in there.
