FQ Status update.
🕑 Added 2019-01-07 01:56:06 +0000 UTCI've been working on the dungeon editor. Had to redesign the way levers and doors since they were hardcoded. All 3d props are now hooked up to the conditions system, which means you could setup doors and items that can only be interacted with based on user defined conditions. Maybe a chest that can only be opened by a naked player? Or an interactive device that can only be used by players of a certain sex? There are a lot of possibilities now.
Next will be implementing the named player editor. There's already an editor for NPC templates, but those NPCs are randomized when encountered. This would let you create named NPCs such as a friendly shopkeep (tho shops aren't in yet and won't be for a while).
And once that's done, I'm gonna need to do a bit of testing before pushing it to the stable branch.
After that, I'm thinking about taking a break to make a quick game with microtransactions. Because December has not been kind to my finances. I really appreciate patrons though. I might create a small stretch goal, and if that's reached, I won't take a break.
That's it for now. Don't forget to take the JasX survey!
