2022 Update: Finally Moving?
🕑 Added 2022-01-09 01:56:24 +0000 UTCHello Patrons! It's the first post of the new year and let me lay down some UPDATES for you all. Let's just address the title right away. Yes: I might finally be moving. It's something I keep saying anytime there's a request to see my full game collection, which is I want to wait until I move into a bigger place, I just didn't know when.
(FYI if any of you missed it, I did a game collection tour for Patrons! It's here for YOUR eyes only: https://youtu.be/xhg391z3s74)
Anyway, it's not set in stone. This would be the home buying process, not renting. So this may very well take awhile or just not happen at all. For anyone paying extra close attention, you'll know I've said I'd like to move out of the state to a warmer climate. But if the price is right, I think I may also stay here since price per sq. foot is INSANELY lower. Though if I do decide that route, I would maybe then leave the state 4-5 years later. But that's where I'm at with that.
In terms of channel updates, I wish I could say exactly what videos are coming (but that wouldn't be very fun would it?). I will mention that this year we'll get back to documentaries and hopefully a few other ideas that are unconventional compared to what we normally do. Always looking to try different things, so stay tuned for that. (:
Also! We're less than a week away from LTPS Episode 500. Thats absolutely mental, and for the occasion I'm gonna record a "500 Episode Retrospective" type of thing for here. So it'll be a more casual talk going over the show, provide some BTS talk, and just looking back at those 500 episodes. Hopefully that will be the week after Episode 500.
That's all I've got for now though, as always thank you so much for being here. I hope you all had a good holiday and New Years. Take care!

Good to hear Martin, yeah I'm hoping it'll be a smooth process but bracing myself for headaches.

It's probably going to be a stressful process (hope it isn't), so I wish you the best of luck with that and hopefully you find an awesome place. Thanks for the updates as usual! Holidays were standard stuff, hopefully yours were spent well :)

Congrats on the purchase and reno though! At least you’ll hopefully have it looking exactly how you want it.

I just want to say that considering the Playstation documentaries are what attracted me to your channel and that I have stuck around and enjoyed your other content (especially the 30 Platinums in 30 days), I look forward to your next documentary.

We bought a new house last year and we’re in the process of renovating it to move in. It’s a very stressful endeavor, for me anyway. I hope you’ll find what you are looking for!

You’re welcome and I thought it would be Cali lol, understandable though, California can be so beautiful and no humidity but oh yeah so much more expensive. My wife is always looking online at real estate for our next upgrade too, literally all around the world lol. Just wait till you’re actually out there seeing them in person, even more exciting!

Oh that's awesome! Unfortunately the ideal climate I'm looking at is California (even more expensive, bleh) but thanks for the offer. I spend too much time nowadays living vicariously in the real estate world though. Love looking up different properties and what not.

I am both a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Florida, specifically South Florida, if you’re looking for an awesome warmer climate, but super expensive real estate down here lol but good luck on the home hunt man! Cheers to your continued success!
