Q: I'm happy to be a patron, but is there anything else I can do right now to help?
A: If you could share your discovery of Kronos on TWITTER or post a nice review anywhere adult games are discussed, like F95ZONE, it can really go a long way to help build support! Also, you can answer this Quick Poll to let me know how you first heard about Kronos. Q: How do I download the game?
A: Get the Launcher/Update Program right here! This is all you need to install the game! (Internet connection required)

Q: Where do I put the game after I have downloaded the file?
A: You can put it almost anywhere! We recommend creating a GAMES folder on your C: drive and creating a Kronos folder in that GAMES folder, as certain locations like in your Downloads folder or Desktop may not allow the launcher to update the game properly. You can put the KronosTimeTitan.exe file in your Kronos folder and run it from there. Also, be sure the file path to the game does not have any non-English/Latin alphanumeric characters. For example, C:\games\Kronos will work just fine, but you could run into problems if the game is in the folder C:\игры\游戏\KrÓnos or something else with non-English letters.
Q: Won't this file install the game to my hard drive with a big icon on the desktop and start menu? I don't want other people seeing it!
A: Absolutely not. This game does not install itself onto your computer. All the files are downloaded to whatever folder you place the KronosTimeTitan.exe file. You can even put the game on a flash drive and run it from there whenever you want.
Q: When I try to login so I can download the latest version of the game, it says to type in my password, but my Patreon password is not working.
A: Kronos Time Titan uses the same email address as your Patreon account, but has a separate password. If this is the first time playing the game, you will need to type in your email address on the game's login screen and click "password reset". This will email a special link to you that you can use to create a password just for the game.
Q: I used the email address that is linked to my Patreon account to "reset password" but it doesn't recognize my address.
A: This happens occasionally with new supporters. This sometimes happens if a user does not have an email address on file, but can also occur if Patreon is experiencing a problem with their servers, especially around the first of the month when they are processing payments. Please wait 24 hours before removing your support pledge, verifying you have an email address in the system, then adding it back again. If you still cannot activate the game then send me a private message here or on the Kronos Community Support Forum and I will add you to the system manually.
Q: How do I know if there is an update or patch?
A: Just run KronosTimeTitan.exe and log in. If the UPDATE button lights up in gold and has a version number it under it then an update is available to download! Click UPDATE and the launcher will update your game automatically!

Q: My antivirus software says this is a threat when I try to install or update the game. What can I do?
A: Windows Defender is the built-in virus scanner and does an exceptional job of protecting computers from viruses. If you use a different antivirus besides Defender, you may need to add an exception to allow the game to run. You can also submit a copy of ktt.exe or kronostimetitan.exe on your antivirus company's website so they can analyze the files and mark them as safe for you.

I'm having difficulties figuring out how to capture girls. I have read in the wiki and saw that you are supposed to start with soulsteal and I have not. The capture button is just greyed even when the girl is fully stripted. I am on the latest update. Just wanted to ask and see if it has changed to questline unlock in one of the past updates.

I went ahead and submitted ktt.exe to McAfee to be deep scanned and whitelisted. I wasn't able to give them the exact virus detected, so if this is still showing a false positive in a few days please submit the file to the following webpage with the virus description so McAfee can update their whitelist: https://www.mcafee.com/en-us/consumer-support/dispute-detection-allowlisting.html

I'm so sorry about that Dave. I tested the changes to the mermaids showing but it sounds like you're still having trouble finding them. I have added the issue to the top of my bug reporting and tracking system to ensure it's fixed ASAP: https://trello.com/b/MKYfD9zE/issue-reporting-and-tracking There is also a brand new manual saving system so you will be able to save, load, and delete saves directly from the game now. I've also added an autosave you can use at any time by pressing F5. I hope this will make your experience playing the game a little less frustrating now.

I reset the game for the 4th time with this last update; you gave me multiple options for getting pearls again, but the Mermaids are still not there and the quest will not reset. Guess I need to find where the game stores data and delete that since you did not do your part.

If you are being blocked from downloading the launcher KronosTimeTitan.exe then it is an issue with your browser, which depending on the one you use you can choose an option to allow you to download anyway. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge can be particularly aggressive, with Edge sometimes even blocking me from downloading files from Microsoft's own website. If your AV software is deleting or quarantining the file as soon as you download it, then you will need to open the software and check the history so you can tell it to restore the file. All antivirus software has the ability to do this but you'll need to read the instructions for the one you use to see how. You may also need to whitelist the folder you save KronosTimeTitan.exe to so your AV doesn't delete the game files as the launcher downloads them as well. Unfortunately with so many different antivirus programs out there I can't account for them all, but I do ensure that the default Windows AV software, Defender, does not give a false positive for viruses. If you encounter this with Defender, let me know right away so I can submit the latest version to Microsoft to be deep scanned and whitelisted.

I will be updating the way mermaids appear so that so long as you have enountered the mermaid sisters at least once, you'll always be able to find them. For now, you should be able to make them appear again if you talk to either Aria of Summer again, although you might need to rewind one of their timelines to get it to trigger. Like I said, after I update it you will always be able to encounter the mermaids.

Question: I completed the Pearl Necklace for Aria, but did not realize that by using the Soal ability on the girl who made it would destroy it and now the mermaids are gone, it says something about waves instead; is there a way to get them back without starting over?

You shouldn't lose anything when you update. It will prompt you to do a global time rewind in order to load any new or updated quests or locations, but anything you've collected including items and XP should remain. Are you saying when do an update you lose everything as if you are starting a new game?

Hello, it has been reported that MSI afterburner overlay or Nvidia GeForce overlay could be causing this issue. Have you attempted to disable them to see if it's working?

Hi Steve. Whenever the game text has a message in yellow about "To be continued" or "quest cannot be completed yet" it means that particular quest or scene is still in development. You are welcome to venture off and explore somewhere else. You can always come back and finish that quest when the game has a new update.

Hey. FYI, I have the latest launcher and game. However, I still get the scene won't complete in the church. I get to where I see the witch I save, then it goes to Blackmoon attacking, then asking if I want to have a green fairy, which doesn't make sense, the my icon hovers over the church. HUH? Do I need to re-install the game, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

The Patreon API which sends the login information to the game database may have been down when you first pledged. I have just reset the API and verified it is working again. If you are unable to create a password in the Kronos Game Launcher, please remove your pledge, wait 2 minutes, then add your pledge again (don't worry, it won't charge you twice) and the email should be working. If you are still having trouble, please let me know. Thank you so much for your support!
