Chapter 7.24
🕑 Added 2023-01-18 15:27:39 +0000 UTCThis is the last of the pages that I prepared before my surgery, so now it'll be a bit of slow going for early updates as I start to get back to normal. On the healing front, I'm doing well, but it's definitely limiting my ability to do normal drawing tasks, so my focus has been on other admin work and writing things instead.
about this page: I'm a big fan of how the speech bubbles turned out on this one. I do all my speech bubbles by hand (that's probably obvious to anyone who's read my other blurbs about writing out the dialogue by hand), so I'm excited that some of these ones came out so neat and precise. I don't think that'll be a permanent feature since I like my wonky speech bubbles, but it felt right for this scene.

Artistically speaking, it's cool how the speech bubbles take on the S-curve composition. I love the expression on her face. Perfect!
