As he continued with the cycle of injections and training, his body transformed into something far beyond comparison with anyone around him. When he struck poses before the mirror, showing off a physique like armor forged from muscle, his face twisted into a feral grin. The fear and anxiety he once felt had now become fuel that only heightened his arousal. Even in the moment of being nearly crushed under the weight, his heart would leap, and an ecstatic smile would break across his lips.
One day, a friend asked him, “Hey, show me your muscles for a second.” Without the slightest hesitation he began undressing. While the friend expected only his upper body, he went further, stripping completely naked. The friend was left speechless. His chest swelled powerfully, his arms thick and dense; his abdominals were carved like stone, and his legs spread outward like the roots of a great tree. And beyond all that, his lower body displayed an organ that had grown to a size clearly far beyond human norms, radiating an uncanny presence. Far from embarrassed, he grew even more excited under that gaze, his mouth curling into a provocative smile.
“…Hah? What are you talking about? You’re the one who told me to strip, right?”
His eyes had lost all trace of reason, now closer to those of a beast. The constant flood of ultra-high-dose testosterone unleashed by the drug had reshaped even his brain at its very core.
Altered sexual circuitry: the amygdala and reward system had fused, making sexual arousal and violent exhilaration switch on together.
Heightened impulsivity: the prefrontal cortex’s restraint had weakened, turning desire directly into action.
Narcissism and exhibitionism: being watched only drove him into greater excitement, with superiority itself becoming a source of pleasure.
Even his friend’s shock and silence became fuel for his ecstasy. What would be shame to an ordinary man, he embraced as proof of dominance and superiority, which only pushed his arousal further and further…
