“Ninkimaru”
Tonight, I will become Ninkimaru.
Ninkimaru is one of the enemy characters in a smartphone game called “Nin-Nin Hell.”
There was once a young ninja whose best friend was cruelly killed by a demon named Genji, a dark-skinned oni. The ninja, driven by vengeance, tried to kill Genji but was defeated. Cursed by Genji’s magic, both his body and mind were brainwashed. Given the new name “Ninkimaru,” the young man awakened as a demon with the same dark skin as Genji—
Before awakening, he had the slim build of a typical ninja. But afterward, he was reborn as a hulking demon with bulging muscles capable of destroying everything in his path. It hit my tastes perfectly—I’ve always had a thing for “fallen hero” transformations.
After work, I was able to leave the office earlier than usual, and the train was less crowded. Standing near the door, I discreetly looked at an image of Ninkimaru on my phone, hiding the screen from view. Just doing that was enough to stir my arousal.
When I say “becoming Ninkimaru,” I mean cosplay. I’d arranged for the costume to be delivered to my rented house (a detached home I lease cheaply through a personal connection, without going through an agency) at just the time I’d be getting back.
I’ve never told anyone—at work or in private—about my cosplay hobby. It wasn’t about validation or attention from others. It was a deeply personal form of stress relief—or maybe just a personal way to deal with my sexual urges.
No—let me be honest: I don’t have any close colleagues or friends to confide in. Would anyone even enjoy spending time with someone like me, with no particular talents or appeal? Sure, I can nod along, smile politely, and match conversations, but I’ve never had the motivation to maintain relationships.
And so, approaching thirty, I was still a virgin, clutching my twisted fetish for masturbating in cosplay as my only intimate ritual. …Yeah, enough with the self-deprecation.
Because right now, in front of me, is the full Ninkimaru costume.
Back home, I received the flat cardboard box from the cheerful delivery guy, ripped off the tape, and took out the contents wrapped in clear plastic. Two long white belts to wrap around the torso, a white loincloth-like cloth resembling a sumo wrestler’s mawashi, four white bands for the arms and wrists, and a cloth to cover the face down to the chest… It was simple and bold—barely covering anything.
Stripping off my suit and standing naked, I followed the tiny instruction sheet, donning each piece and standing before my full-length mirror. I usually cosplay muscular characters, and I’ve been going to the gym at least once a week for over three years. I think I’m more muscular than the average guy. But—
The costume was baggy—so much so I thought I’d ordered the wrong size. The simplicity of the outfit only highlighted how lacking my physique felt. The excitement I’d felt moments earlier had vanished, replaced by clear disappointment.
“…Wait.” I suddenly realized something important was missing from the costume set—Ninkimaru’s signature: two beautiful horns with a gradient of vermilion and ivory. “Come on… this is a mess.”
I picked up my smartphone to contact the vendor and ask for a replacement.
—But no matter how many times I tapped the link, I only got a “Not Found Error 404.” The store’s website was gone. Social media, reviews, related blogs—everything had been deleted.
“This has to be a scam…”
The next instant, a strange sensation hit me—like something had taken over my body. My vision went dark.
Then suddenly:
“DON’T SCREW WITH ME, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!!”
I was roaring like a thug, slamming my fist into the mirror.
Crack!
Black spiderweb-like cracks spread from the impact.
I snapped back to myself.
I had been overtaken by a monstrous rage, unable to believe what I’d done. I stared at my fist, now covered in powdered glass, blood beads forming at the protruding bone.
“Hh… hhg—”
A suffocating tightness gripped my chest. I collapsed to the floor. Large beads of sweat dripped down to the hardwood floor, forming little puddles. My whole body burned like my blood was boiling.
I could hear my heart pounding violently, especially near the base of my skull.
And then—an intrusive thought flashed across my mind:
Anyone will do. I want to rip them open, drink their blood, drag out their guts, and rape them to pieces…
Thump!
Grotesque, vivid images of human flesh being torn apart appeared in my mind like a flashback—so real I could almost touch them.
My groin stirred. The white cloth of the costume swelled as my cock throbbed. I quivered at the hips. Hot, thick semen shot out, spreading a warm sensation across my inner thighs.
And then it happened—
“GRAH!! AAAGGHH!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!”
I could hear the tearing of muscle fibers, the cracking of bones under strain. I dropped to my knees, clenched my arms tight, pressing them to my sides. My head bowed, my face buried in my swollen chest, trembling in a pool of oily sweat on the floor.
Every time a thick vein pulsed beneath my skin, strength surged through my body.
I watched my chest and arms twitch as they swelled bigger and bigger.
My pecs expanded, taking up most of my downward view.
My arms thickened so much they clashed with my back muscles, locking my armpits wide open.
My cock grew longer and thicker—so much that the white cloth over my groin groaned under the pressure.
A sharp, dizzying stench of raw male musk hit my nose.
I stood. My hair now brushed the ceiling.
White hair. White body hair. Dark skin. Crimson eyes.
And from my forehead, two magnificent horns extended.
So that’s why the costume didn’t come with horns, I thought, now understanding.
My body was the perfect match for Ninkimaru’s official profile.
I ran my hands over my enormous pecs, feeling their weight and density.
Down to my carved abs, and then over my massive cock, barely restrained by the straining white fabric.
A shiver of total power ran through me as I exhaled through clenched teeth.
This pleasure couldn’t even be compared to anything human.
Boulder-like shoulders.
Arms thick enough to smash anything.
A wide, armor-like back.
A tight, powerful ass.
And thighs that pulsed with feral energy.
“Shit… I really am Ninkimaru…”
I whispered dreamily, watching myself in the mirror, and reached down to touch the throbbing, straining bulge beneath the white cloth.
