Small question about game graphics
🕑 Added 2018-10-16 08:21:28 +0000 UTC Hey every one!We are here preparing for release the first demo version of the SEXPERIMENT: Revolt and now we are in the process of developing locations and game graphics in general.
So, we had a thought that we want to share with you, and at the same time know your opinion on this issue.
As you know, the graphics in games can be different. It can be realistic, it can be cartoonish, it can be hand-painted and so on. And in the process of drawing textures for the location we thought - and what if we did make the game in the style of hand-painted graphics?
For those who do not quite understand what it is about - below is an example of such graphics, this is a screenshot from Fortnite.
So what do you think? To elect such a style for a new game or to leave everything as it was in the original SEXPERIMENT?

Keep it as is. You already have a "brand" image. Unless you can make it work really well ... the fortnight look doesn't suit the game tough. Walking dead, wolf among us, borderlands look might be better.. The hardest part isn't the characters, but the world..

Well, this is not the meaning of cartoon graphics a la anime. We think about hand-painted textures as in the picture above. And this is not the same thing.
