This is one of your best. Top 5, definitely. But it’s #1 in cultural importance. I know your brand is funky, fun, silly. But Blurry in the USA makes a powerful statement about the false veneer of Hollywood and the chaos and death growing beneath it. The serious yet soothing chords of Blurry juxtaposed against riot recordings was epic enough, but when you add in the ironically perfect Miley vocals, it became a commentary on our obsession with fame. Idk if that was your intent, but hot damn! You did it, man. Wow. I’d love to make art for it, if that’s ok w you?
