Quim!!! Not sure if they’ve tried this with you at PT- I have cervical spondylolethesis of c3 on c4 and they use a tens unit on me with heat before PT exercises and honestly it worked really well in reducing pain. Hope all goes well with you!!! Let us know if you ever need anything. Us nurses gotta look out for eachother. 💕💕💕💕
