This one, in particular, has a short induction and relies on you already being familiar with my voice, which helps you drop into a deep trance quickly.
After that happens, I guide you into exploring the emptiness of your mind by having you roll your eyes back and visualize a mantra that has a powerful and pleasant effect on you. As that pleasure builds, so does your inability to move. After a few minutes of being totally still, and probably getting pretty frustrated that you can’t touch yourself, I give you a post-hypnotic suggestion that kicks in once I wake you from the trance.
