"Greyhawk has a low magic feel"?! Seems like just the opposite to me. In T1, Elmo the level 4 ranger has a +2 dagger, +1 chain mail, a +2 shield, and a +1 battle axe. Running just about any Gygaxian adventure in my 5E groups I am ROUTINELY just removing magic items because there are just too many.
