Mui & Pouf

Hello! I am kinda to this whole Patreon thing but I was billed for October. Did I miss the shop drop off the October pins? Is there a way for me to purchase them? :0

Ahhhh ok!!

Akuma Press

Hi Jellyfish! It's because you're a new patron. The access code was only sent to patrons who were billed on October 1st. :)

Akuma Press

Send me an email if the discount code failed! Mui will be restocked in the future as part of another variant contest. :)

I havent been able to access the shop :(

hi! I didnt get the discount code, would really love if I could get that on my purchase!! I thought the drop was tomorrow 🤦‍♀️ will we have a chance to get muichiro again? Thank you!

Okay yay! Thank you so much!

Akuma Press

Each special discount code was set up to have 3 uses total, once per individual to make sure the 3 chances were fairly used! For the patreon discount code, it applies to every purchase you make, so if you made multiple but didn't use them on all, you can send me an email and i'll check which orders need a discount refund :)

Akuma Press

yep! It's going to take me a long while to get through all the orders though, so don't worry if you don't get a refund notif today! If you dont' get one by Monday, send me an email.

Just wanted to check to make sure, but if we forgot to add the combined order code will we still get a refund on the additional shipping costs? I really forgot to press apply when I entered the code😅

is the discount code only for one purchase? i used it on my first one but it didn’t go through for the rest so just curious!

Jeannie

Awesome ! Thank you 🙏🏻

Akuma Press

No worries! I'll go through and refund additional shipping fees.

Akuma Press

Thank you for letting me know! It seems that checkout was seamless for some, but others were kicked out by different platforms :(

Akuma Press

I'll get to all the emails within a few hours!

Akuma Press

I'll get to all the emails within a few hours!

Jeannie

I did Shopify .... but I forgot to put the combined shipping code 😑 sorry ! I couldn’t add the discount code for through PayPal though

Elisabeth Gardner

I did two Apple Pay and two Shopify orders, all of which went through perfectly.

Shopify worked fine for me btw

Check email! :)

Akuma Press

Thank you for letting me know! I'm contacting Shopify right now.

FYI, the Shopify checkout didn't work either. But PayPal did, which is really weird. Thank you.

This is not about the drop - but I do have a question that I sent you in a direct message! You can answer at your convenience :)
