Naruto has Tsume in the red chains and is overloading her with the corruptive magic. Mikoto is using this opportunity (she is clothed in a somewhat skimpy dress or maybe the outfit you used for Mei in the preg dancers pic) to feel Tsume's bare belly (Tsume is in underwear) as she is changed. Tsume is less confused than Mikoto was but is still perplexed.
Tsume's changes:
-Claw-like nails in her hands
-More animalistic eyes
-And possibly slightly larger breasts if you are okay with that

Created claws, added fang to her teeth, larger breasts. Did not do anything to the eyes, as there is almost nothing I could add to that.
