The coat took quite a while to rig everything. All told, the entire figure took about 12 hours or so. Quite a bit longer then I expected. But there are so many little things all over the place...
Updated for more shiny stuff.
Fixed issue with beard not moving with mouth, as well as added some bones to the beads from the bandana on request.
Per additional request, added more bones to the sleeves to help control movement, and also the drawstring of the shirt.

This one? It's a prop + HDRI background. The reason I use the grey room is to keep things simple. Also that one renders in about 5 mins, and neutral color to make things easier to see.

this looks so much cooler than the boring grey show room XD But the later ones take long time to render? But do you remember what you used for the background?
