I had installed it but CTD,is this for SSE?
Check out your Frame rate (fps) - It should not over 60. even there's a patch for it but HDT physics is still not stable at 60+ fps.
I'm also having problems with the physics of the outfit (with all the outfits), not sure if it's the mods or something with my other mods but when my girl moves ever so slightly the entire outfit spazzes before settling down.
