I haven't been in many mobs, but I'm willing to bet they'd act a bit better than they would in he present garb. But not better enough. Time for some camofauge.

Take off the dress. Leave it in the nearest room. Get into bed in the servants quarters or grab the nearest servant's clothes you can find even if you have to pretend to be a footman
