Surprisingly, after looking at the models I have, there aren't much from RPG. Or actually it seems that games that can be classify as RPG is rarer these days. I didn't include Mass Effect because it is getting a remaster, so I think it's better to wait for the updated models.

Don't think so, but I believe there is a fan model of her.
Fran from FFXII would be sweet - don't know if there's a newer version of her character model out there in any of the dissida games?

There's already plenty of Witcher stuff on sites like Forender and even stuff on the Daz Studio marketplace inspired by it. :/ Meanwhile other stuff on this list like Zelda stuff is woefully lacking. Between BotW and even Age of Calamity (I'm sure someone is getting to work ripping those models as we speak) there's so many characters we could have. But just my 2 cents
