Fixed skirt and horn issue reported by vizeta, though the skirt thing wasn't noticed because I had dforce on it, so it doesn't really matter the weightmap.

Normal map is applied to cutout opacity slot of horn surface.

I found skirt has wrong weight map. Please check bending shoulder or forearm.
