Was using HDRI lighting. I had the impression that it's the most natural. Edit: Tried another version with a little more front lighting. Is that what you mean?

You gotta start putting light sources pointed on atleast 3/4th of the character faces. I thought you had werid render settings and that's why your stuff was always so dark but her leg is lit up like the sun and looks great. Too bad it's just her leg and not the rest of the characters.
