Check that you have the right library folder linked in daz content directory manager. http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/userguide/finding_loading_and_organizing_content/tutorials/content_directory_manager/start https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/55045/installing-3rd-party-content For reference. In this case, it's not a problem on my end, as I have package everything properly. If the above doesn't work, it'll be better and faster to ask on the daz forums, as they would be better equipped to help you.

ive checked it 4 times my file placement matches yours and daz cant find any of the files listed above.

You did not copy the texture files to the right place, and daz can't find the texture files. They are all present in the zip, so check your folders.
