My bad. It's actually a misname on my part. Basically I have the files saved to G8 folder by default, and have to change that path name for when I save G9 stuff. In the case of the skirt, I actually did save to the G9 folder, but I think I forgot to save the wearable preset.

I figured out the issue with the skirt. The preset is looking for the data folder (mesh assets) on your G8 library, not your G9 library. I moved the skirt mesh files to the directory it was looking for, and the skirt now loads, but Daz says it's a G8 asset and doesn't fit to the G9, so I'm assuming you originally developed this for G8 then moved the skirt files from your G8 directory to G9, and that's a no-no. The solution is probably for you to re-export the skirt standalone preset and the full outfit preset making sure everything is the G9.
