When to move on. Long time ago after a lot of time dedicated to a project that failed I realized how many other opportunities I missed out on while being focused on the sinking ship. Takes trial and failure to understand when you've given enough and when your trying to force something that shouldn't happen. Since then I've found it much easier to be blunt to the point and make shit happen when it needs to.
