No such thing as TMI with me
🕑 Added 2020-07-15 02:19:45 +0000 UTCYou know there’s no such thing as TMI with me so I’m just gonna be out with it. I haven’t been streaming for the past couple days because my period has been really bad. I tried doing a quick stream in the car today when I was breathing the easiest but the camera was moving around. Oh yeah, if you don’t know, it’s hard for me to breathe when I’m on my period and I am usually really really tired. So I’ve just been at home 🏡 watching Hulu and Netflix and avoiding anything that could make it hard for me to breathe like walking around, talking too much, being outside, taking my adhd meds, or drinking caffeine. Actually the day I woke up to my period my cramps were so bad that I was screaming out and crying. Took four ibuprofens and a hot bath and it went away but oh my god that pain. It definitely explains the day before. I was having the worst mood swings. I don’t always have terrible cramps like that. I’d like to say it’s maybe 3 or 4 times a year now compared to what it used to be which was every single period. Not really sure what makes some months worse than others. It’s always only the first and second day that there is any kind of cramping. And if it’s a really bad cramping then the first day it’s the absolute worst and the second day is like meh. Anyway I just wanted to let everyone know they’re not missing my streams I’m just resting.
