Reading the accident report, I was floored by how unlikely this particular set of failures was, and how debilitating it was when it occurred.
Any guesses what incident this is?

Oh this is the smartlynx one they ploughed the engines into the ground on. Very interesting little incident.. tip - don't go base training with a flight control fault
Good guess but nope, this one is a little less well known.
I was going to bet on Qantas flight 32 but the picture above of the cockpit layout doesn't look like the A380.
