Hmm, I didn't think about this but I can see what you mean. I might save the explicit renders for girls with scenes or limit it to semi-nude teasing like this render.

It depends. If a character already has explicit content in game then more is cool. If a character does not have nudes or explicit content in game yet I feel like getting explicit content of that character somewhat spoils the sexual arc progression within the actual game. Same sort of idea with dream sequences. I'd rather not see a sex dream in a game before there is other content with the character. It somewhat spoils things.
