despite the work done my heart seems to suffered damage from past corona infections and other factors, and stress and not taking time off lead to to a stronger and more painful cardiac "hiccup".
was in the hospital under observation and weak as a kitten, back home now resting and trying to play catch up. I will be posting more in the coming days now that I am home.
Thank you all for your patience, it really means a lot. Also, to those that celebrate, happy holidays

I am glad that you are home. It's so much more comfortable that being in a hospital, and I hope you will feel stronger every day (although it took me more of a week to week comparison to see a difference.) Anyway, WELCOME BACK! :D
Jeez.... I'd prefer to skip those kinds of experiences, so I am working on maintaining my health. All you can really do is try to live as healthily as possible while not cutting out all of your enjoyment in life. Which is where my wisdom falls flat on its face..someday I would like to find something enjoyable in life... Anyway, take care of yourself and be good to your body. You have fans out here who look forward to your work and don't want to lose you anytime soon.
