MVVN - combine RPG Maker with Visual Novel Maker
🕑 Added 2023-04-03 15:31:00 +0000 UTCSo this is actually a side project that I completed a little while ago but never released for whatever reason, so I've decided to release it on Patreon. It's a Visual Novel Maker plugin that allows you to run an RPG Maker game (or really any html-based game) inside of it. It takes care of syncing variables between the game and even some of the options are synchronized.
Installation instructions:
1. Install MVVN.zip as a plugin for visual novel maker.
2. Add your RPG Maker game project to the resources/subgames/rpg folder.
3. Install MVVN.js as an RPG Maker plugin.
I've also included a sample of the project so you can see how it works, as well as a build of the sample project so you can check it out even if you don't own Visual Novel Maker.
It should also be compatible with MV3D and MZ3D as well.

for some reason VN maker is giving me trouble building the plugin but please see this thread for the fix. MVVN - Settings behavior during Visual Novel scenes is different depending on how it is activated

[EDIT] Just checked it on MZ, and it works in there already. Even has the plugin commands set. It only has the MVVN in the name, but it is also MZVN with zero problems
