I made a prediction at the end of this podcast about when I would manage to get it edited and uploaded and I think I was pretty much bang on. Small victories.

Hello dear leader, I would like to offer my property as a potential compound. I have 2 acres and a 4000+sqft house in the middle of nowhere Ohio. It's small compared to previous cult compounds. But it does have a large unfinished basement as requested by previous comments. It's also very suitable for members since I have so much of your artwork up its almost like I have always worshiped you as my leader. Lol. Anyway. Take care and hope you are well.
