As a 51 yo woman with a history of neck, shoulder, and back injuries, may I recommend monthly chiropractic adjustments? At 18, I fell down some stairs and dislocated my shoulder when I grabbed the railing to arrest my fall (better than rolling down the entire flight and possibly breaking my neck). By the time I was 28, that shoulder cracked painfully at least twice a day, and I also had a knee popping with every 7th step, most likely due to the stress and damage I put on it in youth sports and marching band. I started seeing a chiropractor in my 40s. Since getting a chiropractic alignment every 3 weeks, those daily pops and cracks have gone away. They still pop occassionally, but those mostly occur in the 2-5 days before my scheduled adjustment.

What editing software do you use? I rarely see reflections or glare from your glasses. Whether I am outside in natural light or inside using available lighting, I get glare and reflections on my glasses.

How long does research, filming, and editing take per 10 minutes of finished content? Also, what "tricks" have you found to streamline the process. I am trying to get a channel going and find that I am spending an average of 6 hours (2 hours research/prep, 30 min filming, and 2.5 hours editing) per 10 minutes of content. I am interested in learning how much time other creators invest.
